Ordering on our shopping cart is simple. At any time you can add a product by clicking ‘Add to Bag’ button. You will be taken to your ‘Cart’ where you can alter quantity of any item, continue shopping or proceed to ‘Checkout’.

You do not need to register before you purchase; however if you do register, the purchase process will be quicker next time you shop.

Our essences are popular gifts, particularly between friends and family. We offer a gift wrap service if you want to help and support a loved one. We can enclose a hand-written gift note and carefully wrap your gift in tissue and enclose in a beaded chiffon bag.

To use this service, please add your essence to your bag. Then select “View Cart” option. Once you are in View Cart you are then invited to select Gift Wrapping service and can then select “Gift Wrapping Service.” A window will appear that asks you to choose our $2 service and then write your message which will be handwritten and posted to your friend or loved one. Alternatively, you can Purchase Gift Certificate which will allow your friend or loved one to choose the their own essence.

Shopping online with Heart2Shine is as safe. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Orders will usually be posted within 1 business day after payment has been processed.

Australia Post Parcel Service handles our delivery reliably and efficiently for both nationwide and international delivery.

At Heart2Shine, your complete shopping satisfaction is our #1 priority! Every essence we sell reflects out commitment to give you the best quality, service and value. If however, when you receive your essence, you feel it is not the ‘right’ one for you, then you can return it unopened within 28 days of arrival for a full refund. Cost of postage will not be refunded. If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge.

**Please note: there is no refund on Bespoke Essences as they are made especially for you to meet your individual needs at a specific moment in time.

Heart2Shine do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. We do not send e-mail to consumers unless they have first given their consent. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
